We provide emergency services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to active patients.

At Heartland Veterinary Hospital, the care and well-being of your pet is our top priority.

Heartland has a veterinary technician and doctor on call at all times. Telemedicine services and even in-person emergency services are available to our active clients and patients. Active patients are those that have had a physical exam at Heartland within the past year.

If your pet is in an emergency situation after normal business hours, please call our phone number (859-238-7500) & leave a message with your name, the pet’s name, and your phone number on the appropriate voicemail box. Once the message is received by our staff, a call back will follow shortly.
